I love having leftover BBQ, because I get to use it to create all kinds of tasty, one-of-a-kind sandwiches. Whether you’re craving classic beef, smoky chicken, hearty pork, fresh seafood, or something a little offbeat for breakfast or lunch, this collection has you covered. I’ve organized these sandwiches by meat so it’s easy to find exactly what you’re hungry for, and maybe even discover a new favorite along the way.

Beef Sandwich Recipes

1. Classic Steak Sandwich

Some people say you can’t eat steak with your hands, but those people have never tried this Classic Steak Sandwich. Juicy grilled New York strip steak (or your favorite) stacked on a toasted ciabatta roll with my creamy Homemade Jalapeño Mayo proves that steak night can be just as portable as it is flavorful. One bite and you’ll forget the fork and knife ever existed.
