We offer a full refund on products that:

  • Have been damaged in shipping.
  • Are non-food items that are unused, unwrapped, unworn.
  • Do not meet your expectations in taste or quality.

If you would like to make a return, please email support@patio-provisions.com within 14 days of your package being marked delivered. Please include your order number, full name, and description of the reason for return in the email. Should the reason for return be for damaged products, please also include a photo of the damaged goods.
