These are some of my favorite recipes featuring Hey Grill Hey Chicken Rub. This versatile rub adds layers of flavor to more than just chicken.

Chicken Rub Recipes
My Chicken Rub is full of delicious garlic, onion, paprika, and even dehydrated lemon peel to give your grilled chicken that classic slow-roasted taste with just a touch of heat. It can elevate your favorite BBQ sides as well as your other favorite main dish proteins.
Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu
This Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu is an excellent, easy dinner option when you want some comfort food, but you’re short on time. It’s made with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce that is completely irresistible and lick-your-fingers good.
It’s salty, cheesy, and oh-so juicy. Chicken cordon bleu is often available in the frozen aisle of your local grocery store, as well as in large boxes at Costco. While these boxed portions are extremely convenient, they won’t give you the fresh flavor of making it yourself.
Chicken cordon bleu gives me a family meal comfort food feeling, and it’s perfect for any day of the week. Personally, I love eating chicken cordon bleu on Sunday evenings. It’s a nice way to finish out the weekend before diving into the workweek the next day.
Smoked Shotgun Shells
These smoked shotgun shells are a happy little appetizer that is so meaty and filling it could easily double as a main dish. Manicotti shells are stuffed with a mix of Italian sausage, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese, then wrapped in bacon and cooked on the smoker for the best BBQ bite around.
To make a good thing even better, we topped these meat lovers-style shotgun shells with parmesan garlic butter and dunked them in warm marinara.
Skillet Potatoes
These skillet potatoes are the quintessential comfort food. They’re perfectly fried in cast iron and those crispy edges make them the ultimate side for all of your BBQ entrees.
Skillet fried potatoes are the perfect way to make tantalizing tubers. Cooking them in a hot skillet ensures they get beautifully soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. These potatoes are the ideal side for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They go amazing with a loaded omelette, or piled high next to sizzling steak. You can’t go wrong with fried potatoes on the side.
Smoked Chicken Breast
This Smoked Chicken Breast is a wonderfully juicy, smoky chicken breast that is fast and perfect for multiple occasions. It’s a great meal for busy weekdays, and it’ll satisfy a crowd at a backyard BBQ. All you need is chicken and some of my award-winning Chicken Rub, and you’re well on your way to enjoying the perfect chicken breast.
This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy chicken. While I love my overnight briskets and putting in the time, energy, and attention to my slow-smoked ribs, there’s something close to my heart with smoking the perfect, simple chicken breast.
This recipe is an easy, basic process; perfect for those of you who are new to smoking, or for seasoned veterans who need a quick dinner option. Feel free to try out different rubs and seasonings. It’s a recipe that is foolproof and one to come back to repeatedly.
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
This Stuffed Pork Tenderloin is packed with flavor from balsamic caramelized onions, crumbled bacon, Manchego cheese, and spinach. The whole thing is rolled up and grilled until the pork is juicy and the cheese is nice and melted.
This is an amazing way to amp up a simple cut of meat. Pork tenderloins are incredibly tender, since they are essentially the filet. Because there is very little fat in a tenderloin, it is perfect to stuff with all sorts of tasty things to bring in both moisture and flavor.
