If you’ve been following along recently, you probably already know how excited I am about my Hey Grill Hey Lemon Pepper Rub. It started as a limited-edition bundle with our friends at ThermoWorks, and many of you even made your own version from my homemade recipe (more on that later). But now that you can grab a bottle straight from the Hey Grill Hey Store, I thought it was time to show you some of my favorite ways to use it.

This rub is everything I love about lemon pepper: bright, zesty citrus and bold cracked black pepper, balanced with just the right amount of salt and savory spice. It’s insanely versatile too. Whether you’re grilling chicken, seafood, or veggies, this rub brings fierce, fresh flavor.

1. Grilled Chicken Breasts
