When I think soup, the first thing that comes to mind is always chicken noodle. This recipe cranks the flavor on the classic soup by adding chicken you can make right in your own backyard. I love using smoked chicken, but it also tastes amazing with grilled chicken, and even spatchcock chicken. With a savory, from-scratch broth, fresh veggies, and tender egg noodles, this Smoked Chicken Noodle Soup is a warm hug in bowl form.

I love Taco Tuesday as much as anyone, but sometimes I could do without the mess. That’s where this Taco Soup comes in clutch.
