Cam is a Grand Champion competitive BBQ, turned Central Texas BBQ understudy, that came home to Utah and opened the best BBQ joint in the state. He even guest judged a Food Network show with me last summer!
He shares his tale of falling down this amazing BBQ rabbit hole and how he turned his passion for smoked meats into a successful restaurant, bootstrapping the whole way. It’s maybe the most American dream, skin of your teeth style story I’ve heard in a while and I can’t wait for you to enjoy it.
