Summer is upon us and we are almost 1 full year into The Grill Squad! Wooooo!! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with one of my favorite women in BBQ, Caytlin McCleery. Cayt is a local UT BBQ celebrity, traveling the state teaching BBQ classes, showing up all the time on local TV stations sharing her recipes and techniques, and selling homemade meals for her lucky neighbors.
