He hosts the weekly Facebook Live episodes on the Camp Chef Facebook page with his wife, Julie. He regularly smokes and cooks for hundreds at a time. He has had catering businesses, a wood fired pizza restaurant, and is more familiar with a pellet smoker than most people I’ve ever met. He is also incredibly entertaining and I loved interviewing him for this episode of the podcast!
