  • Make the seasoning. Combine the parsley, sage, rosemary, marjoram, salt, onion powder, and white and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix together using a whisk or fork to ensure there are no clumps.
    1 Tablespoon dried parsley, 2 teaspoons Kosher salt, 2 teaspoons rubbed sage, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon dried marjoram, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
  • Use the seasoning or store for later. Your homemade Poultry Seasoning is ready to use right away on chicken, turkey, and vegetables. Store any unused seasoning in a glass spice jar for up to 6 months for the best flavor.
