Ingredients

Air Fryer Veggies

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer. Place your baby Yukon Gold potatoes in the air fryer tray, then drizzle with half the olive oil and Fish & Veggie Rub. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, and use the broil setting if available.
1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons Hey Grill Hey Fish & Veggie Rub
  • Cook steak. Season your steak on all sides with my signature Beef Rub, and then place in air fryer tray. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
1 12-ounce boneless ribeye steaks, 1 teaspoon Hey Grill Hey Beef Rub
  • Add green beans. When you're ready to flip your steak, add the green beans to the air fryer tray as well. Season your beans with the remainder of your Fish & Veggie rub and olive oil. Flip your steak, and cook for 3-4 more minutes.
1 pound green beans, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons Hey Grill Hey Fish & Veggie Rub
  • Rest, slice, and serve. Everything should finish at the same time, but be sure to check your steak with a meat thermometer for your desired doneness. Remove your steaks and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
