Preheat air fryer. Place your baby Yukon Gold potatoes in the air fryer tray, then drizzle with half the olive oil and Fish & Veggie Rub. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, and use the broil setting if available.
1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons Hey Grill Hey Fish & Veggie Rub
Cook steak. Season your steak on all sides with my signature Beef Rub, and then place in air fryer tray. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
1 12-ounce boneless ribeye steaks, 1 teaspoon Hey Grill Hey Beef Rub
Add green beans. When you're ready to flip your steak, add the green beans to the air fryer tray as well. Season your beans with the remainder of your Fish & Veggie rub and olive oil. Flip your steak, and cook for 3-4 more minutes.
1 pound green beans, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons Hey Grill Hey Fish & Veggie Rub
Rest, slice, and serve. Everything should finish at the same time, but be sure to check your steak with a meat thermometer for your desired doneness. Remove your steaks and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
