  • 1 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional


  • Combine all ingredients. If you prefer a little heat, add in the crushed red pepper flakes. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to two months. Use to season vegetables, chicken, or fish before grilling.
