Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon whole celery seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Make the seasoning. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. If you prefer a little heat, add in the crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Use and store. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to two months. Use to season vegetables, chicken, or fish before grilling.
