Ingredients

Instructions

  • Make the seasoning. Combine all the ingredients for your seasoning in a small bowl. Mix together using a whisk or fork to ensure there are no clumps. If you have whole bay leaves, you can grind 1-2 with a mortar and pestle.
1 Tablespoon celery salt, 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon bay leaves, ¼ teaspoon fresh ground white pepper, ¼ teaspoon ground mustard powder, ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger, ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Use or store. Use your seasoning immediately on crab, lobster, and all kinds of seafood. Store any unused seasoning in a glass spice jar for up to 6 months for the best flavor.
