Ingredients

Instructions

  • Make the seasoning. Combine all the ingredients for your Jerk Seasoning in a small bowl. Mix together using a whisk or fork to ensure there are no clumps.
1 Tablespoon coarse Kosher salt, 1 Tablespoon sugar, 1 Tablespoon garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon onion powder, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves, 2 teaspoons dried parsley, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, ½ teaspoon ground allspice, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • Use or store. Use this seasoning immediately on chicken and pork, or store for later use. Keep any unused seasoning in a glass spice jar for up to 6 months for the best flavor.
