Combine and mix. Combine all your ingredients into a large bowl, then stir with a rubber spatula until your dressing reaches your desired consistency. For a more textured sauce, only gently mix until ingredients are incorporated. Whisk heavily of mix in blender for a smooth texture.
½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, ¼ cup buttermilk, 3 ounces blue cheese crumbles, ½ teaspoon Kosher salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Serve and store. Your dressing is ready to enjoy immediately. You can also store any remaining dressing in an airtight container in your refrigerator, and enjoy for up to a week.
