- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 12 ounces marinated artichokes drained and chopped
- 1 cup spinach frozen, chopped and drained
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shredded
Preheat. Preheat your smoker to 275 degrees F.
Make the dip. Combine all ingredients for the spinach artichoke dip in a medium mixing bowl.
Prep for smoking. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour in the spinach artichoke dip mixture.
Smoke. Place the baking dish directly on the grill grates of the smoker and close the lid. Smoke the dip for about 90 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the top has started to take on some light brown color from the smoke.
Enjoy. Serve immediately with crackers, tortilla chips, or warmed and sliced baguettes.
