  • Preheat a 12" cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Melt beef tallow or butter in the bottom of the skillet and add sliced potatoes.
  • Sprinkle potatoes with Chicken Seasoning and stir potatoes gently with a spatula to coat potatoes with seasoning and beef tallow.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring gently every 2 minutes until potatoes are fork tender with crispy brown edges.
  • Serve warm.
