Grilled Fruit Kabobs
These grilled fruit kabobs (or grilled dessert kabobs if you're in need of something extra sweet!) are the best way to finish up a backyard BBQ. Not only are they easy to make, but they're grilled in a flash and are perfect for parties.

- 1 cup pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 cup peaches cut into cubes
- 1 cup strawberries stems removed
- 1 cup pound cake cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 cup doughnut holes
- 1 cup brownie bites
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
Preheat. Preheat your grill to 450 degrees F for direct heat grilling.
Assemble. Assemble your kabobs by skewering the cake, doughnuts, and desired fruits.
Grill. Baste your skewers on all sides with the coconut oil and place on the grill grates. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until the fruit and sweets are caramelized.
Serve. Remove from the grill and serve over ice cream or topped with chocolate sauce.
